EZPay policyholders need to re-enroll
As the conversion process continues, it's important to keep focused on policyholder(s) currently enrolled in EZ-Pay (automatic/EFT payments) with American Modern. It's critical they reauthorize to avoid a lapse in coverage. See details and download the Job Aides below to get started.
How?
Instruct your customers to go to amig.com/mypolicy and have them click " Get Started Now" and follow the prompts. They'll need their Policy Number and Activation Code--found on a recent invoice or mailing. You can also find their activation numbers for them in both modernLINK and AMSuite.
Other Options for Reenrollment
- The insured can call 800-541-3941 and provide info/consent over the phone. They will have to agree to be recorded, and the authorization form will be sent to them. The completed form must be uploaded to the policy.
- You (the agent) can enroll them as you would a NEW customer using the “Payment Center” (right-hand side of modernLink home screen). This is sort of like initiating it as if it were a new policy.
- The Insured or Agent can call in and provide EFT info 800-543-2644. Then, a form will be generated and sent to the insured/agent for signature. The form can then be faxed or uploaded to the policy.
